Revolution vs. Politics

Tonight I spent a good portion of the night meeting with people and singing songs of freedom. It became very clear to me that while it is very difficult to engage people in a discussion about politics, they seem willing to talk about the possibility of revolution.

The reason I think is that while politics are shackled with the stench of eons of corruption, revolution has maintained it's purity as a natural reaction to injustice and tyrranny. Even when discussing the topic with people opposed to revolution they understand the reasoning for it, the drive of the oppressed.

This combination of this language with actions befitting a true patriot offer us the window of opportunity that we will need to be successful. Avoiding the pitfalls of political affiliation will allow
us to cross lines, set directions, and ultimately gain the trust of the people.

While I am a believer in Dr. Paul what that really means is that I am a believer in America, that ideal nation founded on liberty and justice for all. When we rise up and face the challenge of our time, it will not be Dr. Paul in the trenches, nor should he be. He has done more than his part in awakening the American spirit. Let this revolution be known for what it is, an American revolution. A resistance to the tyrranny of corporatism, a dissolving of a union with the aristocracy.
